7-Day Uganda Gorilla & Wildlife Safari

Our most-requested first-time Uganda itinerary — one gorilla trek, one classic game-viewing park, sensibly paced.

Overview
7 Days / 6 Nights

This is Uganda distilled into a single, well-paced week: a private gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, followed by classic game viewing and a Kazinga Channel boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park. It is the itinerary we most often recommend to travelers visiting Uganda for the first time, built around two of the country’s defining experiences without the fatigue of a longer, multi-region circuit.
