A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation issued. Gorilla trekking permits typically require full payment at the time of booking, as they are non-refundable once issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
Final balances are due in advance of travel, per the schedule set out in your individual booking confirmation.

Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation cover, is strongly recommended for all travelers and may be required for certain activities.
Wildlife viewing, weather and park access are inherently variable. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries where necessary for safety or operational reasons, always in consultation with you where practical.
